Dating back to January of 2022, the Reno Ice Raiders have taken 10 in a row from the Mansfield Barracudas with 3-1 and 6-2 wins in the weekend series presented by Goettl Air. Six different Ice Raiders contributed to the scoring in Friday's victory then on Saturday the fans were treated to the Garrity-Sine-Watson Show.

After taking a 6-1 drubbing on Friday night, the Bozeman Stingers bounced back behind Chris Slater's incredible performance in net to take a 3-2 win from the Ice Raiders and a weekend split. The Ice Raiders offense on Friday was firing on all cylinders but then Slater stepped up his game stopping 43 of 45 shots to steal Saturday’s win.

The Ice Raiders started their fifth season at The Jennifer M. O’Neal Community Ice Arena  and 10th as a franchise by sweeping the Park City Pioneers with an 8-2 win on Friday and 3-2 overtime thriller on Saturday.
