Press Release: February 10th, 2022

The Reno Ice Raiders Hockey Club, on behalf of the team and its affiliates, issue this statement in response to the incidents that took place the weekend of February 5, 2022.

The Reno Ice Raiders are committed to the principles set forth in our mission statement. The Reno Ice Raiders maintain a zero-tolerance policy concerning any and all criminal acts. We live by these principles and continue to demonstrate our commitment to integrity, sportsmanship, community and character. We are shocked and suffer a sense of betrayal at the published news of these allegations against the visiting hockey players.

Immediately upon confirming the incident, and in light of the severity of these allegations, the Reno Ice Raiders hereby suspend any and all future interaction with the Santa Rosa Growlers.

The Reno Ice Raiders will take additional appropriate steps based on any and all further information we receive.
